Sizing Information
Jewelry Sizing Guide
Necklace Sizing
Choosing the perfect necklace length can make all the difference. Here’s a quick guide to help you find your ideal fit:
- 14–16” — Sits at the base of the neck (choker length)
- 16–18” — Falls around the collarbone (a classic everyday length)
- 18–20” — Sits just below the collarbone
- 20–24” — Falls between the collarbone and bust
- 24–30”+ — Long, drapey styles, great for layering
The average necklace length for women is about 16–18 inches, which typically sits comfortably at the collarbone.
Many of our necklaces offer a 2” extender option (additional cost) for adjustable length and layering flexibility.
If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring with a piece of string to see where different lengths fall—or feel free to reach out for personalized help.
Bracelet Sizing
To get the right fit, wrap a soft measuring tape (or a string) around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Add ¼” for a close fit
- Add ½–¾” for a comfortable fit
- Add 1” for a looser, drapier feel
The average women’s wrist size is about 6.5”, so if you’re unsure, that’s a good place to start. If you’re between sizes or have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Jewelry Care Guide
Jewelry Care Guide
Sterling Silver Care
Use a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth to gently buff away fingerprints and light tarnish. For deeper cleaning, mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush, rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly. Store silver with a tarnish-preventive strip (provided with your order). Avoid prolonged exposure to air and humidity; keeping your pieces in a cool, dry place can slow the tarnishing process. Keep your silver away from chlorine, perfumes, and household chemicals that could accelerate tarnishing or damage the finish.
Gold-Fill Care
Clean gold-filled jewelry using a soft cloth and warm water with a few drops of mild soap. Use a soft toothbrush for intricate details, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft towel. Avoid abrasive cleaning materials or harsh chemicals that could wear down the gold layer. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes, as these substances can degrade the gold-fill over time. Store gold-fill pieces in a separate pouch or lined jewelry box to avoid scratches and contact with other metals.
Pearls
Wipe pearls with a soft, damp cloth immediately after wearing to remove body oils and perspiration. Avoid submerging pearls in water for extended periods. Keep pearls away from cosmetics, hairsprays, and perfumes, as these can damage the delicate nacre. If additional cleaning is needed, use a very mild soap solution, rinse lightly, and dry immediately with a soft towel.
Gemstones
Gemstones vary widely in hardness and porosity. While some (like diamonds, sapphires, and rubies) are quite robust, others (like opals or emeralds) require more delicate handling. Use a damp cloth to wipe down gemstones and avoid soaking, which might lead to discoloration or damage. Some gemstones, especially opals, emeralds, and pearls, can be damaged by ultrasonic cleaning. Always store gemstones separately or use padded compartments in a jewelry box to avoid contact with harder items that might scratch them.
